Write a Support Letter

The City of Sacramento and the Discovery Museum Science & Space Center (Powerhouse Science Center) have partnered to apply for funding throught the State of California's Proposition 84 Parks Grant Program. This funding will expand seating areas, walking and biking trails, and outdoor interactive science exhibits at the new Powerhouse Science Center site. Please consider signing to support the Museum and the future Powerhouse Science Center. You can return your letter to the front desk. Click below to view a sample letter.

Become a Member

Members make it possible for the Museum to share the wonders of science and enrich the lives of our visitors.  Your membership will support science education and science literacy throughout our community.

Volunteer

Volunteers provide vital support throughout the Museum, assisting with special events and museum programs, and lending a helping had to staff behind-the-scenes.

The museum depends on generous donations to add new exhibit displays, maintain our grounds, create new museum programs, keep our costs to visitors low and much more!
