Corporate Team Building Program

In a world filled with fast paced competition and demanding technology, you need a team of employees who can surpass the competition. Staying alive in the business world is as challenging as staying alive in space.

The Challenger simulated space mission is an extraordinary team building experience. Rather than sitting in a conference room discussing teamwork, employees sharpen their skills in an exciting and realistic space adventure. They put into practice the teamwork and communication skills needed not only to keep astronauts alive in space, but also necessary in today’s business environment. Participants will learn something new while having fun.

Pre-flight Planning

Your corporate liaison will meet with a Challenger Flight Director in a one-hour session to tour the facility, review your goals, and assign your employees to the eight interactive teams that comprise the mission crew.

Training Options

Option 1 – Mars Encounter Program
Experience a full day of training centered on a space exploration theme. Begin with the exciting and realistic Voyage to Mars™ simulated space mission. After a catered lunch, practice teamwork and communication skills during three space science activities: plan a scientific mission to Mars, build and launch rockets, and survive as a team while studying the Martian polar ice caps. Finish the day with a discussion of how to apply the experience to your workplace.

Option 2 – Space Adventures Program
This half-day team building experience begins with a briefing to discuss your corporate and mission goals followed by participation in a challenging two-hour simulated space mission. The extended debriefing focuses on the teamwork and communication skills utilized throughout the mission. Your staff learns how to apply these skills in their workplace.
